About Sitler & Strong For the past 25 years, Sitler & Strong have been wowing audiences young and young at heart, throughout the world. Their unique way of telling stories with a mix of song and humor has found a niche that few thought possible. In 1994, they produced 5 different programs at a sold out Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, CO. Songs from those productions are still heard today throughout camp meetings and youth festivals all over the United States. After having this incredible experience, they spent the next 10 years preparing for the next step. Andrew Strong moved to Hollywood and attended film school. He received his bachelor’s degree in Film Productions and a Masters in Education. Currently he teaches Advanced Screen Writing at Southern Adventist University. Brian Sitler moved to Asheville, NC and became a full time Praise and Worship minister. In 2000, Brian moved to Nashville, TN and built a recording studio. Their next big step forward came in 2004 when they brought to life, the story of Joseph in “The Fire Within” before a live audience of more than 30,000 young people. Later, they filled the McKenzie Arena for an encore performance with reviews such as this: One Word... Breathtaking! From the enchanting opening, to the goose bumps you will undoubtedly get listening to the last track, “Ten Toys.” This will leave you wanting to listen to it over and over again. It will make you laugh, make you cry, and make you feel the power and the lessons taught in the story of Joseph. If you don’t know the story, this will not only fill you in, but make you feel like you are there. It’s the first gospel CD that my children have ever known, word for word. The writers of these songs did a wonderful job. You don’t want to miss out on this one!!! Its a Masterpiece!!! But Sitler & Strong would not stop there. From 2005-2009 they labored in love with the story of Esther. Finally, in August of 2009, the production “Courage To Stand” was performed before audiences of more than 35,000 people. “... young people sat in rapt attention as “Courage to Stand: The Story of Esther” was portrayed by a 24-member cast and approximately 40 extras and guards. Esther’s story of courage in adversity and her stand for truth encouraged many Pathfinders to also stand with courage in a world that challenges them with many temptations. At the end of the week 518 Pathfinders publicly made a commitment to Jesus and were baptized!” In 2012, Sitler and Strong began working on the most ambitious production to date, the story of Daniel. Challenges for such a production were enormous. There would have to be a lion’s den, a fiery furnace, an 80 ft tall golden statue, the hand of God writing on the wall, and many more parts to this story that spans over 70 years of Daniel’s life. The production was complete early in 2014 and will be stage in Oshkosh, Wisconsin in August of 2014 for more than 50,000 people in attendance and millions more around the world via DirecTV and internet streaming. Today, Sitler & Strong continue writing and producing Christian based musical programs for a variety of large scale youth events, summer camps, and local church presentations.
